Shipping & Delivery
If you are unsure as to whether your delivery address is covered by ourselves, ring us and we will be happy to help. Orders received by 10.30am can be delivered the same day, after this time they will be delivered next day.
Deliveries to listed areas are available Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays (Except Mothers Day). We cannot deliver at specific times, unless to a funeral directors where we shall deliver two hours before the given funeral time.
All deliveries are made between 9.00am – 5.00pm.
Orders are delivered the next day unless another delivery date has been selected.
To avoid problems with delivery, please ensure that the correct address including postcode has been provided. We will not be held responsible for delays in delivery due to incorrect or poor quality addresses being provided.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery if insufficient address information is received.

Returns & Replacements
Certain flowers & plant products may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life. We reserve the right to substitute items should the quality, colour or availability mean we are unable to fulfil the order exactly to the visual provided when the order was placed. The content value will be the same.
Colours may vary from those shown on the website due to the limitations of Internet Technology.
We guarantee the freshness of our flowers for 7 days providing care instructions have been followed.
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied, please contact us, where we will be happy to offer advice, refund or replace the product, should it prove not to be of satisfactory quality.

Prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Prices are subject to change without notice, Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure that the product descriptions, pictures & information is accurate, we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies errors or omissions.

If we change are terms & conditions, we will post notifications of these changes on our home page so you are aware of them. Should we decide to us personally identifiable information in a manner different from stated at the time it was collected, we will notify you by e-mail and request your agreement to the changes.
The law of England & Wales will govern the contract and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts. These terms & conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
